I’ve spent 10+ years building software across PHP, Python, Node.js, TypeScript and Go, from scrappy startup MVPs to systems that carry real revenue.
I work as an independent Product Builder: I don’t just implement tickets, I help you decide what to build, what to skip and how to ship it safely. I’m a member of the Toptal network and run a registered business in the EU, so contracts, invoicing and compliance are simple for your finance team.
I work with clients across time zones and keep a 4-hour overlap with your working day.

How quickly can you start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks of signing. If you need something faster, tell me on the call and we’ll see what’s possible.
How do you price projects?
Fixed price for well-defined scope, milestone-based for MVPs, and monthly rate for ongoing work. You get a written estimate after the discovery call, with no hidden costs.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. Full IP transfer on payment, with a standard B2B contract and NDA signed before we discuss sensitive details.
Can you work with our existing team and tools?
Yes. I join your Slack, Jira, GitHub or GitLab, follow your code standards and process, and can also mentor or review your developers’ work.
Do you use AI in your work, and what about security and IP?
Yes, at every stage of delivery, from discovery to launch. AI speeds up the routine work; architecture decisions, review and quality stay with me, and everything is covered by tests. I follow your rules for confidential data and tools, and I can work without AI on sensitive code if you prefer.
How do invoicing and payments work with a company in Poland?
I invoice through a registered Polish business (JDG) with EU VAT where applicable (B2B reverse charge for EU companies) and accept bank transfer or Wise. Non-EU clients are welcome too.
What if we need more people than just you?
For larger scopes I bring in vetted engineers and designers I’ve worked with, while remaining your single point of contact and accountable for delivery.
